From 1982 to 1993, in partnership with Madelon Vriesendorp, ran the colour workshop at the Architectural Association, London. Zoe has also taught at:

• UCA CAL, State Polytechnic, Pomona, USA
• Plymouth Polytechnic
• Brighton Polytechnic
• Edinburgh University

Zoe ran a summer school at the Architectural Association, London ( along with life-drawing teacher, Susan Horsman), 1991.

Other Activities

Worked as an interior designer and has made various terrazzo designs for kitchens and bathrooms (published in La Mia Casa and Abitare Italy). She was commissioned to paint two mural s in London.

In 1987, Zoe was commissioned to make a sculpture for a house in Eaton Place. In 1995, she was commissioned to paint a tryptich, which hangs in the Hellenic Centre, London. She illustrated and designed the cover for the Hellenic Centre concert series 1995/96.
